  • Ugly Cash

Most Influential Female Founder or CEO in the Fintech Industry

They don’t just lead—they found. They don’t just scale—they transform. These five women are redesigning the financial system from the ground up:

  • Paulina Aguilar Vela – Mundi (Mexico)

  • Alexandra Mendoza De Castro – Liquitech (Colombia)

Finalists in each category are invited to participate in a panel. Winners will be selected through a combination of jury and public voting and announced at the Fintech Summit Americas 2025 awards ceremony.
